Global payroll transition
As Interim Global Payroll consultants, we have extensive experience guiding international companies. For instance, we assisted a spin-off of a large international company in transitioning their payroll organization to a BPO payroll model. Following a thorough risk assessment, we standardized and harmonized the operational processes.
By supporting administrative processes with templates and documentation, we created a stable foundation for a new team and an international payroll organization that functions as one cohesive unit worldwide and remains in control.

EMEA payroll transformation
We also led a transformation project for the EMEA payroll team of an international company. First, we established the strategy with the leadership team and then translated it into a plan, concrete objectives, and time-bound actions for the project team and the international payroll teams.
